Shipping policy

Shipping Price:

Our coffee products are shipped free of charge, however, other products such as merch may have different prices depending on the item and the weight.

Order Processing Time

All coffee is roasted and packed in small batches (Roast to Order). Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] before they ship. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent as soon as your order leaves our roastery. If you haven't received tracking within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Where We Ship

Sasquatch Coffee currently ships within the United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If your package arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but never arrived, contact us within 7 days and we'll help sort it out.
