Tasting notes: salted caramel • silky sweet • citrus
Grown by the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino in the mountains of Piura and Amazonas, Peru, at 1,100–1,700 meters. Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache and Catimor varieties, fully washed and sun-dried for clarity and sweetness.

Mexico · Sierra Madre (Medium Roast)
Tasting notes: chocolate • cinnamon • green apple
Sourced from small growers across Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico, at 1,200–1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soils. Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo and Caturra varieties, fully washed and sun-dried.

Bali Blue (Medium-Dark Roast)
Tasting notes: dark chocolate • molasses • brown sugar
Hand-picked by smallholder farmers in Kintamani, Bali, and grown in rich volcanic loam at 1,200–1,600 meters. Wet-hulled and dried on raised beds for a bold, full-bodied cup with real depth.
