Highland Mist (Colombia • Medium Roast)
Tasting Notes: Dried Orange • Berry • Chocolate
Produced by smallholder farmers near Medellín, Antioquia, this vibrant coffee combines Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties. Grown at 1,300–1,500 meters in volcanic soil, then fully washed and solar-dried for exceptional clarity.

Cloud Forest (Costa Rica • Medium Roast)
Tasting Notes: Sweet Apple • Raisin • Honey
Sourced from micro farms in Alajuela, Costa Rica, this coffee features Caturra and Catuai varieties grown at 1,300–1,445 meters in fertile volcanic loam. Eco-pulped and sun-dried to highlight its naturally sweet, clean profile.

Sidama Wildflower (Ethiopia • Medium-Light Roast)
Tasting Notes: Milk Chocolate • Fruity • Caramel
Harvested by smallholder farmers in Ethiopia's renowned Sidama region using indigenous heirloom cultivars. Grown at 1,700–1,900 meters in nutrient-rich Nitisol soils, naturally processed, hand sorted, and dried on raised beds for vibrant complexity.

Marcala Ridge (Honduras • Medium-Dark Roast)
Tasting Notes: Caramel • Spice • Brown Sugar
Produced by over 1,500 members of Café Orgánico Marcala in La Paz, Honduras. Featuring Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties grown at 1,300–1,700 meters, then fully washed and sun-dried for a rich, comforting cup.

Mbeya Peaks (Tanzania • Medium-Light Roast)
Tasting Notes: Pear • Floral • Jasmine • Strawberry
Sourced from cooperative farmers in Tanzania's Mbeya region. Bourbon and Kent varieties thrive at elevations of 1,200–1,900 meters before being fully washed and dried on raised beds, creating a bright, floral, fruit-forward coffee.
